The modified sialic acid derivative is covalently expressed at the end of the glycan chain by artificially modifying the natural sialic acid and then adding it to the NK cell culture medium. The modified NK cells are equivalent to equipped with a pair of glasses that specifically recognize CD22 cancer cells, so that they can specifically recognize and kill cancer cells in patients.
